Central MN Roll-Off is a family-owned dumpster rental company serving the Brainerd Lakes area and Central Minnesota. We’re part of the Pequot Lakes Sanitation family to give our customers a simple, reliable option for one-time roll-off dumpster rentals alongside our ongoing sanitation services.
Whether you’re cleaning out a cabin, remodeling a bathroom, tearing off a roof, or clearing a job site, we make it straightforward: we drop the container, you fill it at your pace, we pick it up when you’re done. 10, 15, and 18-yard containers available for both Municipal Solid Waste (household junk) and Construction & Demolition (building materials) loads.

Municipal Solid Waste (MSW/Trash) Box
Examples of MSW: Regular household trash, dishes, clothes, furniture (dressers/office chairs/wood chairs), small appliances (toasters/hand mixers/blenders), garage junk, toys, games, lawn decorations, food, etc…
MSW loads go by weight-price. Quoted is the minimum
10 yard, up to 2 ton(s), $100.00 per ton additional, plus tax.
15 yard, up to 3 ton(s), $100.00 per ton additional, plus tax.
18 yard, up to 3.5 tons, $100,00 per ton additional, plus tax.

Additional charges will be added for anything that is not accepted in loads.
Mounded loads are subject to an additional fee ($50 minimum).
The debris of the container shall not exceed 2 ton in weight. If overweight an additional container will be delivered and the load must be split. Additional fees will be assessed.
Over weight loads will be subject to an additional $100 minimum charge.
Boards are not provided, if you want dumpster on boards you must supply 4-2 x 10’s, 6’ long to set under the dumpster; dumpsters are set where directed. We are not responsible for any damages incurred.
Customer must call for dumpster pick up, please allow 24 hours for removal.
Dumpsters are allowed up to 14 day maximum use. Rental fee of $10 per day may be charged for additional time.

No. Just tell us where you want the container placed and we’ll deliver it to that location. When you’re ready for pickup, call (218) 568-4630 and allow 24 hours for removal.
If you’re concerned about damage to your driveway or surface, provide four 2×10 boards, 6 feet long, for us to place under the container. We don’t provide boards. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces under the container.
MSW loads include 2 tons (10-yard), 3 tons (15-yard), or 3.5 tons (18-yard). Additional weight is charged at $80 per ton. If a load exceeds 2 tons, we’ll deliver a second container and split the load — additional fees will apply. Overweight loads are subject to a $100 minimum additional charge.
The standard rental period is up to 14 days. If you need more time, a rental fee of $25 per day will be charged for each additional day. Please call us if your project timeline changes.
For a typical garage cleanout, single-room remodel, or small project: the 10-yard is usually enough (about 4 pickup truck loads). For a whole-home cleanout, roof tear-off, large remodel, or multi-room project: go with the 15-yard (about 6 pickup truck loads). When in doubt, the 15-yard is easier than calling for a second drop.
