MSW Guidelines

Municipal Solid Waste (MSW/Trash) Box

Examples of MSW: Regular household trash, dishes, clothes, furniture (dressers/office chairs/wood chairs), small appliances (toasters/hand mixers/blenders), garage junk, toys, games, lawn decorations, food, etc…

MSW loads go by weight-price. Quoted is the minimum

10 yard, up to 2 ton(s), $80.00 per ton additional, plus tax.
15 yard, up to 3 ton(s), $80.00 per ton additional, plus tax.

NO ASBESTOS OR HAZARDOUS WASTE
NO CONCRETE OR BRICKS
NO STUMPS/TREES
NO ELECTRONICS, APPLIANCES OR TIRES

Additional charges will be added for anything that is not accepted in loads.

Mounded loads are subject to an additional fee ($50 minimum).

The debris of the container shall not exceed 2 ton in weight. If overweight an additional container will be delivered and the load must be split. Additional fees will be assessed.

Over weight loads will be subject to an additional $100 minimum charge.

Boards are not provided, if you want dumpster on boards you must supply 4-2 x 10’s, 6’ long to set under the dumpster; dumpsters are set where directed. We are not responsible for any damages incurred.

Customer must call for dumpster pick up, please allow 24 hours for removal.

Dumpsters are allowed up to 14 day maximum use. Rental fee of $25 per day may be charged for additional time.

  • 90 32-gallon trash bags
  • 6 standard pickup truck loads

C & D Guidelines

CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION (C&D) BOX

Examples of demolition debris: boards, doors, shingles, sheetrock, siding, windows

  • Clean building materials only, NO ASBESTOS IS ALLOWED!! (Examples of asbestos: vermiculite insulation, 9 x 9 tile, slate siding)
  • Debris shall be dispersed evenly within the container as to equally disperse the weight.
  • The debris of the container shall not exceed 2 ton in weight. If overweight an additional container will be delivered and the load must be split. Additional fees will be assessed.
  • Mounded loads are subject to an additional fee ($50 minimum)
  • Over weight loads will be subject to an additional $100 minimum charge.
  • NO CONCRETE OR BRICK
  • NO YARD WASTE (trees, branches, stumps, hay or straw)
  • NO BURNT MATERIALS (smoke damaged, burnt boards/sheetrock/windows/ashes)
  • Absolutely no trash or miscellaneous items in dumpster, $200 minimum will be added to the price of the dumpster.
  • Boards are not provided, you shall provide 4-2 X 10’s 6’ long, to set under dumpsters; dumpsters are set where directed. We are not responsible for any damages incurred.

C&D Load Restrictions

  • No furniture
  • No asbestos
  • No paint (unless properly dried out)
  • No treated lumber

  • Do not exceed 4 tons
  • Do not move or damage container
  • Do not load over the top or sides
  • Do not compact loads
  • No appliances or electronics
  • No tires
  • No concrete
  • No Asbestos

  • No slate siding
  • No wet paints/varnishes
  • No Ballasts
  • No fluorescent bulbs
  • No railroad ties

Roll-Off Dumpsters

ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS

Mattresses, box springs, futon mattresses, crib mattress, couches, sectional couches (each piece), love seats and stuffed chairs: $50 each.

Items NOT Allowed in Containers/Roll off boxes
